We are confident that you will love our products, this is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. A full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery is offered. Products must be new or gently used for returns to be valid.

In order to process your returns, please email info@ecokiss.com with your order number and the items you would like to return and we will do everything to help you out! Please note: we do not provide return shipping labels.
