Where do you make your products?
All ECOKISS™ products are manufactured in the USA.
Are your products organic?
We use organic ingredients when possible. You will see organic symbols in our ingredients list next to the botanicals we can consistently find organic.
Is ECOKISS™ 100% cruelty free?
We are a cruelty-free company. ECOKISS™ products are NEVER tested on animals! We also make sure that our ingredient suppliers meet this same criterion of no animal testing.
What is the shelf life of my product?
Shelf life varies from product to product. In general, our products have shelf lives of between 18 months to 24 months. While it is best to use up a product within three months of opening, storing them in a cool, dry place, and using clean hands to obtain the product, always help maintain the integrity of the shelf life. An expiration date is listed on every jar or bottle. Please refer to that date to see when our product is best used by.

Are ECOKISS™ products safe to use during pregnancy?
All concerns regarding personal care products should be discussed with your health care provider.
Is ECOKISS™ packaging recyclable?
Using minimal packaging made with recycled and recyclable materials is very important to us. Please refer to the recycle symbol on the packaging of ECOKISS™ brand plastic containers and recycle accordingly.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we have a $5 flat fee for U.S. shipping addresses.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! International orders ship at a flat rate of $17 USD.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If you're located in the U.S., our typical shipping time is 2-6 business days. If you've chosen expedited shipping, you can expect your order in 2-3 business days. International shipping can take on average 6-18 business days, however, please keep in mind that there could be potential delays due to customs that are beyond our control.
